° 1lb/470g ground beef.
° 1 BOX spaghetti sauce
°2 CUPS. cream cheese
° 1/4 CUP. Of sour cream
° 1/2lb/240g Cottage cheese.
° 1/2 CUP. Of butter.
° 1 large (16 oz) PKG. Spaghetti.
°Grated cheese, as you like.
Set temperature of oven to 350°.
Boilling spaghetti noodles to firm. Drain and set aside before preparing the assembly.
When well combined, combine cream cheese, sour cream and cottage cheese.
Brown the GROUND BEEF and drain well until cooked through. Mix the spaghetti sauce with the BEEF.
In a medium saucepan, place a few slices of butter and pour half of your spaghetti over it.
Take your cream cheese mixture and pour over the noodles. Spread it well on top.
Over the cream cheese mixture, pour the rest of the noodles. Place a few more slices of butter on the spaghetti.
On your noodles, pour the spaghetti sauce.
It is now ready to be put in the oven. Pour in desired amount of grated cheddar cheese after 20 minutes and return to oven for 15 minutes to allow cheese to completely melt and bubble.
