Marinated Flank Steak

*Ingredients

+Marinade:
°½ cup vegetable oil
°⅓ cup low sodium soy sauce
°¼ cup red wine vinegar
°2 tsp lemon juice
°1½ tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
°1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
°2 garlic cloves, minced
°½ teaspoon ground black pepper
+Steak:
°1 flank steak (1 1/2 pounds)

  • Methods :

Step 1
Whisk together the oil, soy sauce, vinegar, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic, and pepper for the marinade in a 9×13-inch glass baking dish until until they are well mixed.
2nd step
Add flank steak to baking dish; turn several times to coat well with marinade. Cover and refrigerate for two to six hours, or up to 12 hours if you have time.
Step 3
When you’re ready to cook, preheat an outdoor grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grill.
Step 4
Remove the steak from the marinade and shake off the excess. Discard the last marinade.
Fifth step
Cook the steak on the preheated grill for about five minutes in stages or to desired doneness.
Step 6
Remove from the grill and let rest for five minutes before reducing and serving.
