Mexican White Cheese Dip

This Mexican recipe is similar to the white cheese sauce, which is served in many delicious Mexican restaurants.

It’s the best original white keso dipping recipe you’ll find. Plus, you don’t use any Velveta products. You’ll love this very simple Mexican restaurant, the white sauce.

Our family loves this easy Queso Blanco recipe. It has become a tradition to present them during any football match and at Taco Tuesday here. If I don’t serve this Mexican recipe of white cheese with tacos, I’ll have some grumpy kids.

You can adjust the temperature of your Mexican white sauce by leaving the hot peppers all over or adding more. You can also give this white Mexican cheese a completely different flavor by adding rotel in place of green pepper .

  • Ingredients :

° 2 teaspoons onion powder

° 2 teaspoons garlic powder

° 2 tsp cumin

° 2 cans of chopped green peppers

° 1 tablespoon butter or margarine

° Half a cup of milk, or as needed

° 1 pound white cheese, cubed

  • Directions :

Put the cheese, milk and butter in a medium saucepan over low heat. Cook until cheese melts, stirring frequently. Add green chili, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder and hot pepper to taste. Add more milk if the dipping is too thick. Heat and serve immediately
