Old fashioned meatloaf

Ingredients
100 gr of stale bread
300 gr of minced meat
2 – onions
2 garlic cloves, chopped
3 eggs
150 gr of tomato sauce
1 C. teaspoon of thyme
– – chopped parsley
– – salt and pepper

Preparation
1 – Preheat the oven to 210 ° C.
2 – Beat the eggs in a large bowl, add the meat.
3 – Toast the slices of bread then cut them into small cubes (or reduce them to breadcrumbs)
4 – Finely chop the onions. Add the bread cubes and sliced ​​onions to the meat, mix well.
5 – Season with salt, pepper, thyme and garlic
6 – Add the parsley
7 – Mix again then place this mixture in a cake mold.
8 – Bake for 25 minutes.
9 – Out of the oven, wait a few moments before unmolding the meatloaf then cut and serve.
