The recipe for pork chops with honey and garlic is so easy you won’t believe it when you’re done! No seasoning needed, this recipe is a quick and incredibly delicious way to serve bone-in or boneless pork chops – roasted until golden and then simmered and grilled (or broiled) in this amazing honey garlic sauce!

  • ingredients

° 2 pieces of pork

° Salt water ingredients:

° 1 teaspoon onion powder

° 1/2 teaspoon oregano

° 1/3 cup olive oil

° 1/4 cup lemon juice

° 1/4 cup soy sauce

° 1 tablespoon brown sugar

° pepper to taste

  • Directions :

Place all dressing ingredients in a medium bowl, and whisk until combined. Place the pork chops in a zip-top plastic bag large enough to hold the chops and seasoning. Add the dressing to the plastic bag.

Close the bag with a zip, squeezing all the air out of the bag and sealing the bag completely.

Place the bag in the refrigerator and marinate the chops overnight, turning the bag often to make sure all surfaces of the fillets are covered in the marinade.
