Seafood Mac and Cheese

*Components:

°2 cups of dry pasta.
°6 ounces of clawed crab meat.
°8 ounces. From the shrimp, we will peel and core them.
°8 ounces sour cream.
°4 tablespoons of soft butter.
°2 tablespoons of flour.
°Medium onion.
°Broker can. of evaporated milk.
°8 ounces sharp white cheddar cheese.
°4 ounces of mozzarella cheese block.
°A quarter cup of breadcrumbs “Panko”.
°Salt and ground black pepper to taste.

*How to prepare:

Step 1:
I raised the oven temperature to 350 degrees Fahrenheit, and peeled and removed the shrimp.
Step 2:
Next, I cooked the pasta according to the directions on the box, and dried it well.
Step 3:
In a large mixing bowl, pour the drained pasta, gradually stirring in the sour cream until the noodles are well seasoned. And I stir-fry the crab meat well.
The fourth step:
Then finely chop the green onions, grate the white cheddar, and mozzarella using a cheese grater. These components are set aside for later use.
Fifth step:
Then I melted the butter in a medium saucepan or skillet, tossed in the shrimp, and flipped and mixed the shrimp until well cooked.
Sixth step:
Let the shrimp come out of the tank. When the mixture has settled, chop it gently. Add macaroni and cheese.
Seventh step:
In a saucepan, toss well the onion slices until they soften, and mix the flour and onion in a large mixing bowl. It turned brown for about two minutes. Slowly sprinkle in the milk, stirring vigorously, until the mixture thickens.
Step 8:
Add the grated cheddar cheese until completely melted, and pour this mixture over the pasta mixture, mixing it together well, and season with salt and pepper.
Step 9:
At this point, I put the mixture in a baking dish that has been lightly buttered. I sprinkled mozzarella cheese on top. On top of this, sprinkle breadcrumbs.
Step 10:
To add flavor, I sprinkle the paprika lightly, and bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 350°F, or until the surface is golden brown.
Step 11:
And after 20 minutes, it should be served warm !!! I hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
