STOVETOP SUFF MEATLOAF

Ingredients :

°1 bunch of parsley
°1 onion
°4 slices of bread
°milk
°pepper
°salt
°500g ground beef

STEP 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C

Slice the onion into small pieces, sauté in butter or olive oil until translucent/golden.
STEP 3

Chop the parsley (at least 1/2 bunch.)
STEP 4
ground beef

milk

salt

Mix the beef with the sandwich bread soaked in milk, the fried onions, the finely chopped parsley.
STEP 5

Season generously with salt and pepper (the breadcrumbs tend to soften)
STEP 6

Shape an oblong “roast” type meat loaf, put it in a buttered oven dish.
STEP 7
Bake with a knob of butter for 40 min.

The cooking is not too delicate because the breadcrumbs keep the meat very soft.
