INGREDIENTS
8 ounces cream cheese (softened at room temperature)
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup powdered sugar
8 ounces frozen whipped topping (thawed)
1/2 cup diced fresh strawberries
3 TBS strawberry ice cream topping
assorted dipping items (strawberries, cookies, graham crackers, etc.)
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine cream cheese, sour cream, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar in a large mixing bowl and beat until smooth.8 ounces cream cheese,1/2 cup sour cream,1 tsp vanilla extract,1/2 cup powdered sugar
Fold the whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.8 ounces frozen whipped topping
Add almost all the chopped strawberries and mix just enough to evenly distribute the strawberries throughout the mixture. Then add the rest of the strawberries right on top.1/2 cup diced fresh strawberries
To finish it off, generously drizzle strawberry ice cream topping over the dip and gently fold it into the mixture. Then finish it off with one final drizzle of the ice cream topping.3 TBS strawberry ice cream topping
