200 gr of white rice
1 red onion
50 gr of pickles
280 gr of corn
140 grams of tuna
For the sauce:
3 c. mayonnaise
3 c. red wine vinegar
5 c. oil soup
Cook the rice for 12 minutes in boiling salted water, then let cool (or go under cold water). Add sliced onion and tomatoes cut into pieces.
Add the chopped gherkins, corn and tuna crumbled.
The sauce :
Mix all ingredients together to have a smooth sauce.
Add it to the rice salad and mix well.
And now, your rice salad is ready!
