Sift the flour with the baking powder to make the dough more airy.
Now it’s the turn of butter. It is cut into small cubes, put them into a saucepan and melt on the fire, until liquid, while stirring.
We beat the eggs until a homogeneous frothy mass.
In a bowl with the eggs, pour the sugar and vanilla and beat until the sugar has dissolved. Then add the sour cream and beat again on medium speed until homogeneous.
Now in the resulting mass little by little pour the butter, stirring at the same time, after the butter also quietly pour the flour, also stirring.
Now divide the dough in half. Leave one half aside, and in the other half pour the cocoa and whisk the dough.
Grease the walls of the pan with oil and pour 2 large spoonfuls of brown dough on the bottom, followed by white dough, and so alternately, you should get such a pattern.
A bowl with the dough we put in the multicooker on “Baking” mode and bake for 45-50 minutes. After that, check the cake with a toothpick, if it stays dry, then the cake is ready. We leave the cake in the multicooker for another 10 minutes, and then you can serve it.
