Creamy Seafood Pasta & Teddy

INGREDIENTS:

Serves: 4 Prep Time: 5 Mins. Cook Time: 25 Mins.

  • 1 to 2 Lbs Raw Large Shrimp (Peeled/ Deveined/ Tails Off)
  • 2 Large Lobster Tails
  • 1 Large Contained Lump Crab Meat
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/2 Lb Linguine Pasta (Cooked | Feel Free to use more. I only used a little over half of the package.)
  • 2 Diced Shallots
  • 1 Tbsp Minced Garlic
  • 1/2 Cup White Wine
  • 1 Tbsp Butter
  • 2.5 Cups Heavy Cream or Half & Half (They can be mixed if preferred)
  • Parmesan Cheese (Only enough to thicken the sauce, about 1/4 Cup)
  • 1 Tbsp Cajun Seasoning
  • 1 Tsp Onion Powder
  • Salt to Taste
  • Pepper to Taste
  • Parsley and Lemon Juice for Garnish
