HOW TO MAKE CAJUN SHRIMP SCAMPI:
I sauteed the scallops in a little butter and olive oil till nicely browned over med hi heat.
Removed them and added the shrimp cooking till nicely browned about 3 minutes.
1 stick of butter with the juice of 1 small lemon 2 cloves minced garlic.
Cook together till bubbly.
Put pasta in a bowl, add the seafood and spoon the lemon buttery sauce over.
I seasoned the seafood with cacheres salt and pepper before cooking.
