Chicken Shpagetti

Ingredients :

°500g spaghetti

°boiling, salted water

°2 tbsp of flour

°0.25 tsp salt

°0.25 tsp pepper

°oil for cooking

°400g minced chicken

°3 spring onions

°1 clove of garlic

°3 dl chicken broth

°1 tbsp cornstarch

°3 tbsp soy sauce

°salt, pepper, to taste

*How it’s made:

Cook the spaghetti al dente in boiling salted water.

Blending flour, salt / pepper in deep plate.

Heat a little oil well in a non-stick pan. Dredge the chicken breast in portions in the flour, sauté approx. 3 mins, remove, lower the heat, blot the bottom of the pan with paper towel, add vent. a little oil.

Cut the onions into bevelled sections, press the garlic, sauté both.

Mix broth, cornstarch and soy sauce, add while stirring, bring to the boil, reduce the heat, simmer for approx. 5 minutes. Put the meat back, the time to heat well. Mix the spaghetti with the minced chicken, adjust the seasoning.
