Ingredients
For the bullets
200 grams of Loacker Crème Noisette waffles Waffles with nut cream and chocolate
70 grams butter liquid
40 grams of powdered sugar
50 grams ground hazelnuts
2 tablespoons baking cocoa
For rolling
50 grams of chopped hazelnuts
50 grams of nut brittle
Preparation
Crumble the nut cream chocolate waffles in a food processor or food processor. Put all the other ingredients in a bowl and stir until the mixture is homogeneous. Cover and place in the freezer for approx. 15 minutes.
Scoop small portions out of the chocolate-nut mixture with a tablespoon. Form balls quickly with your hands. Roll them in a mixture of brittle and chopped hazelnuts. Store confections in a tin in the refrigerator.
