– Diced bacon: 6 slices
– Diced potatoes: 6 C
– Green onions: 2 (sliced)
– Fat-free evaporated milk: 2 cans 9MEDIUM)
– Egg beaters egg substitute: 2 C
– Reduced-fat Monterrey blend cheese: 1 C. and Half
– Extra virgin olive oil: 1 TBSP
– Sea salt: 1/2 TSP
– Black pepper: 1/2 TSP
STEPS TO MAKE IT :
STEP 1 :
In a non-stick skillet over medium heat, heat the oil and cook the potatoes until they are light brown.
STEP 2 :
And please put the casserole with the potatoes.
STEP 3 :
The ham, cheese, and green onions should be placed on top.
STEP 4 :
You’ll want to add the egg-beaters, evaporated milk, salt, and pepper in a big tub until well mixed.
