Farmer’s Casserole

Healthy and Simple to make Casserole Recipe, you can even make it ahead !! Everything you love about breakfast in one easy and delicious casserole, plus it’s perfect for Thanksgiving and Christmas morning or whenever you have company over, just give it a go and see !!

INGREDIENTS :

– Diced bacon: 6 slices

– Diced potatoes: 6 C

– Green onions: 2 (sliced)

– Fat-free evaporated milk: 2 cans 9MEDIUM)

– Egg beaters egg substitute: 2 C

– Reduced-fat Monterrey blend cheese: 1 C. and Half

– Extra virgin olive oil: 1 TBSP

– Sea salt: 1/2 TSP

– Black pepper: 1/2 TSP

STEPS TO MAKE IT :

STEP 1 :
In a non-stick skillet over medium heat, heat the oil and cook the potatoes until they are light brown.

STEP 2 :
And please put the casserole with the potatoes.

STEP 3 :
The ham, cheese, and green onions should be placed on top.

STEP 4 :
You’ll want to add the egg-beaters, evaporated milk, salt, and pepper in a big tub until well mixed.

STEP 5 :
Now, you need to pour the potato mixture over.

STEP 6 :
Finally, bake in a preheated oven at 375°F for about 40 to 45 minutes. I always let 15 equal portions to set before cutting. Serve it hot & ENJOY !!!
