° 1 egg
° 1/4 cup grated fresh Parmesan
° 1 c. Cajun spices
° 2 boneless pork chops
Preheat the oven to 175 ° C. Spray a baking dish with vegetable oil.
Whisk the egg in a bowl. In another bowl, combine the Parmesan and Cajun spices.
Dip each pork chop in the beaten egg, then dip in the Parmesan, to cover it well. Transfer to the baking dish.
Bake until a meat thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the chops reads at least 145 ° F (63 ° C), about 35-40 minutes.
