1 c butter, melted
1 c dark brown sugar
½ c white sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 c all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp baking powder
2 c dark chocolate chips
Step 1: Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
Step 2: Apply cooking spray in a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Step 3: In a large mixing bowl, add white sugar, butter, and brown sugar. Beat until well mixed.
Step 4: Add the eggs and vanilla extract, then beat until well mixed and creamy.
Step 5: Add in the baking soda, flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir until well combined.
Step 6: Add in the chocolate chips and stir until well blended.
Step 7: Transfer the batter into the greased baking dish and spread it evenly on the bottom.
Step 8: Place the baking dish inside the preheated oven and bake for about 40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean after inserting it in the middle.
Step 9: Remove from the oven and allow to cool at room temperature.
Step 10: Slice into small bars.
