INGREDIENTS
190 ml (3/4 cup) milk
50g (1/4 cup) Sugar
100g (1/2 cup) butter
150g of white chocolate
250g of ground biscuits
90g (1/2 cup) chocolate chips
150g melted chocolate
For decoration:
Melted chocolate
Sugars
METHOD
In a saucepan add the milk, sugar and butter and mix until the butter is melted. Bring to a boil and remove from heat. Add the white chocolate and mix well.
In a bowl with the ground, add the cookies to the previously prepared mixture and mix with a spatula until everything is well mixed. Cover with aluminum foil and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Once the time is up, take it out of the fridge, add the chocolate chips to the mixture and mix well. Form balls from the mixture and transfer them to the freezer for 40 minutes.
Using the toothpick, take each ball and cover it with chocolate. When the chocolate is firm, decorate with the melted chocolate and the sugars.
