Sheet Pan Shrimp Boil
Learn how to make top-notch shrimp with potatoes and popcorn with this simple and spicy recipe that’s ready in 30 minutes!
- Ingredients :
° 450 gm deveined, peeled shrimp
° Three yellow corn, cut in half
° 10 Cambrian potatoes, washed
° 6 Italian sausage, sliced
° ¼ white onion
° 1 piece of unsalted butter
° 3 garlic cloves, minced
° 2 tablespoons lemon pepper (available at the supermarket)
° Five tablespoons of Cajun seasoning (available at the grocery store)
° 2 tablespoons chili flakes
° 2 tsp sweet pepper
° 2 tablespoons of caster sugar
° 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- To prepare:
Bring a pot of water to a boil and bring to a boil the onion, Cambrian potatoes, sausage and 2 tablespoons of Cajun seasoning; Cook until the potatoes are soft.
Add shrimp, lemon juice, and corn.
Combine the last Cajun seasoning with paprika, pepper, lemon, and chili flakes.
Melt the butter in a frying pan, add the garlic, and prepare dinner for a minute. Add spice mix and sugar.
Add a little of the shrimp cooking water to the seasoning sauce to lighten them up a bit.
We take out the shrimp from the water and put it in the sauce. Mix until well blended.
Put the sausage, potatoes and corn in the cob in a serving dish, put the shrimp with the sauce and mix.
Serve delicious Cajun shrimp and potatoes as a side dish for a barbecue or as a main dish
